In the series, the Spain-based artist features herself as the main character in a fictional, childlike fantasy world where youth and playful escapades prevail.
Scully frolics with baby animals, stands amidst flying goldfish, and runs through the woods, telling secrets, climbing trees, and exploring a magical land where her youthful spirit has taken visual form. Throughout the series, Scully is able to blur the lines between reality and the fictional adventures by combining her incredible talents with a camera and photo manipulation.
She describes herself as a storyteller and elephant tamer, and often pairs quirky stories like this one with her photographs: “A few weeks ago, I found a fawn in a birdcage.
