This new photo manipulation, by photographer Mikko Lagerstedt, seems to capture the dark emotions many of us are feeling right now, especially in the wake of the Boston bombings. One can't help but feel a heaviness in one's heart for both the victims and the victims' families.
Lagerstedt merged two photos that he shot just a few minutes apart in Kerava, Finland. As he states, “It has been dark and rainy for the last few days. The snow is starting to melt and the spring is near, even if it doesn't look like it. The times seems dark and mysterious and, to represent the time, here is a new dreamy image.”
