It's not that we didn't already know that there's a lot of work going on behind the scenes to make celebs look beautiful. (If we need to be reminded we just have to find articles about Kate Winslet on this subject matter.) But it's fun to see artists take an ad and turning it into a statement. The project “Don’t forget…”
is from the writers FTW-Crew (Mr. Tailon, Baveux Prod., Kone and Epoxy) who were recently spotted altering posters of Britney Spears, Leona Lewis, and Christina Aguilera in the Berlin metro. It's a street art project that consists of Photoshop palettes pasted over heavily airbrushed advertising.
Both creative and cool, these posters gently remind us that we shouldn't always believe what we see.
In another case of "airbrushing revealed!", who can forget the Campari ads that made Alba look absolutely stunning? With a whittled down waste and amped up cleavage, Campari took Alba from wow to prrr...meow!
