Electree by Vivien Muller (4 pics)

The Electree charger was only a concept by Vivien Muller a couple years ago, and now the solar panel bonsai tree has evolved into an actual unit for sale. Shown at the 1.618 Sustainable Luxury Fair in Paris, the Electree is a stylish eco-friendly tool that uses small photovoltaic panels to power your gadgets.

There are a total of 42 cells, where all energy harvested by the panels will be kept inside an onboard battery. When fully charged, the battery is able to feed mobile devices through a USB port. Unfortunately, a limited edition of only 20 units will be released.
