Don't we all love creative ideas like this? Auckland City Mission worked with ad agency Publicis Mojo in spreading angel wings throughout the city. Everyday people are invited to to take pictures in front of the wings and post their picture on Auckland Mission's Facebook page. If they do? A sponsor will donate $5 on their behalf, up to a maximum of $10,000. Some of the wings are hidden, while some are out in the open. Here's a map in case you live in or around Auckland!
The Auckland City Mission provides unique and specialised health and social services to marginalised Aucklanders, helping them to move forward. The Mission offers hope to individuals and families who may be experiencing a temporary set back or a long-term problem that needs expert attention. “At the Auckland City Mission we see Angels moving through our community every day – earning their wings with acts of kindness in support of people they don't even know.”
