It's elegant yet sexy, high-fashion with a modern twist. Sure, I first spotted this halter top on Blair Waldorf, the evil sexy bitch on Gossip Girls. But let's forget that she looks a-mazing in it. The show's stylist made this Bill Blass top a little sexier than normal by cutting out some of the fabric in the back.

At $1,990 it's quite a pretty penny but apparently not for hardcore Gossip Girl fans who snatched them up. Sold out!
