Camera Strapped to Soaring Eagle Provides Captivating POV

If you ever wondered what it might be like to gracefully glide through the air like an eagle, here is your chance to live your dream! This video literally features a bird's eye view of the world as an eagle soars across the Mer de Glace, a glacier located in the Chamonix Valley in France, with a video camera strapped to its back.

The sound of the air rushing past provides a natural experience for viewers, who may quickly get lost in the beautiful scenery and/or feel unnerved by the aviator's sometimes wobbly flight pattern. It's unclear who actually attached the camera to the bird, but the video was recently posted on YouTube by user Srachi. If you find yourself in need of a calm, tranquil moment in nature during an otherwise hectic day, this is definitely the video to watch!

Awesome. Amazing how it can see a rodent to eat. We used to watch Bald Eagles catching fish up at our summer cabin years ago.
