“Grasslamp” Desktop Garden Grows Healthy Microgreens and Doubles as a Lamp

grasslamp4

The Grasslamp is a modern desktop garden that provides fresh microgreens and tranquil LED lighting all in one sleek device. Beautifully designed, it has a soft, egg-like shape and includes a small greenhouse, a foundation for seedlings, and the proper illumination needed to make your plants grow. There’s no soil or fertilizer necessary and it requires very little care—perfect for those who lack a green thumb.

It’s easy to start growing your plants. Simply soak the desired seeds in water, put them on the Grasslamp lid, and spray them once or twice a day. In less than a week, you’ll have a garden that adds some welcome green to your home or office.

Grasslamp can grow up to 40 different kinds of micro-greens, including grass, micro-salads, herbs, and edible flowers. Aside from humans, cats can enjoy the product, too. Wheatgrass is full of vitamins and has many nutritious benefits for your feline.

Grasslamp is now available for preorder through Kickstarter.
