They are all great images, but I'm pretty sure the 2nd last one is not actually a snowy winter scene, but a summer's day shot with infra-red black & white film.

I would imagine everyone likes the first snowfall of the season -- unless you're trying to get across the Sierras, I suppose, and your name happens to be "Donner". Find me one person who still likes the last snowfall of the season, though, or thinks there's any beauty remaining in it -- unless you really wanted to drop that big 'ol oak tree on your garage anyway, but just hadn't gotten around to it yet.
