Inspiration + Execution = The 99%

If you love getting inspiration and you're a little over the TED talks, slap yourself silly and beat yourself senseless. Those talks are great! Ok, really though, head on over to the 99% and go see their super clean, super amazing Web site.

As you hear all the time, ideas are a dime a dozen. It's all about execution.

At 99%, Behance's think tank, they focus on what happens after inspiration — researching the forces that truly push ideas to fruition. They have profiles of proven idea makers, action-oriented tips, best-practices sessions, and annual conference that are all designed to help you transform ideas from vision to reality.

So if you're a creative or someone who just needs a kick in the pants, bookmark 99% and then try and attend their next conference in April. It's on my calendar, already!
