Intricate Book Sculptures

Kylie Stillman is a book sculptor much like the very talented Brian Dettmer. Stillman re-adapts the pages of books by turning them into the aspects of nature from which they came from. She carefully carves into these stacks of books to create intricately detailed trees and birds.

Her work serves as a beautiful reminder of how everyday objects often come from nature. Stillman’s new installations will be on display at Utopia Art Sydney until June 25th.
