Korean Taco Truck? This I Gotta Try.

Whereas my late night hunger has resulted in only mouthfuls of peanut butter and Popsicle sticks on the floor near the refrigerator, and my awesome cookbook, entrepreneurs Mark and Caroline Manguera's has landed them one of the most intriguing mobile food experiences in Los Angeles.

Just a Taco Truck?
Kogi BBQ fuses "the taste of Korean BBQ and the portability of tacos and burritos together" (what's not to like?). Don't underestimate the quality of the food. Chef Roy Choi graduated top of his class at the Culinary Institute of America and started out cooking at Le Bernardin in New York and was the only American to ever work in Iron Chef Michiba’s kitchen. He has also worked as chef de cuisine at the Beverly Hilton, executive chef at Trader Vic’s, and opened Rock Sugar Pan Asian Kitchen in Century City.
