It's L' Oreal's 100th year birthday. Of course there would be something special made for this occassion. It is a book called "100000 Years Of Beauty". A chronicle about beauty starting with the pre-historic origins ending with how beauty will carry us into the future.
The book is a joint effort. More than 300 writers of 35 different nationalities have covered everything. Art, history, anthropology, philosophy etc. are all covered. Of course that is a lot to of history to record. Therefor this book has 5 separate volumes designed to resemble a pyramid, when you stack the volumes on top of eachother.
I think that for some..this book could be quite a gem.
