Modern Black House

Located 45 miles away from Buenos Aires, Argentina, the Black House is a 3,500 sq ft residence that has an amazing lakeside view.

Since the home was designed for an active couple without children, Andres Remy Arquitectos decided to divide the social areas in two. The common areas, such as the kitchen and the dinning room are on one end, while the living room is found on the other, closer to the lake. The master and guest bedroom are located upstairs.

Both sides of the home are connected by a glass bridge, with a shallow pool that flows underneath.? The sun reflects its rays on the water's surface to provide the interior with indirect light.
