Modern Health: Le Whif Breathable Chocolate

Le Whif is a revolutionary new way of eating chocolate - by breathing it! The innovative gadget is meant to curb appetite without adding calories.

Harvard professor David Edwards, lead inventor of Le Whif says:

"Over the centuries we've been eating smaller and smaller quantities at shorter and shorter intervals. It seemed to us that eating was tending toward breathing, so, with a mix of culinary art and aerosol science, we've helped move eating habits to their logical conclusion. We call it whiffing."

At about $2 per inhaler, the cost of giving it a try is low. Still, this is a trend that a true chocolate lover might not buy into. After all, it's the act of savoring that portion controlled morsel of dark chocolate that we're really in love with.

I totally know what you mean. I question whether this would satisfy my craving or make it worse.

I've visited the Nestlé Chocolate factory in Switzerland. As soon as I walked into the lobby, the air smelled of freshly baked chocolate cake. It's was so delicious it made me breathe that chocolate aroma in with a deep breath. The tour of the chocolate factory ended in the tasting room, where we could finally eat all the chocolate we wanted, after having been teased with just the lovely seducing smell of it.

The Whif wouldn't be a problem per say cos it isn't directly fattening, but knowing My chocoholic state of being, it'll most probably want to make me want lots and lots of real chocolate really urgently.
