Though there seems to be small signs of hope that the housing market is finally turning around, by most all accounts we still have a long way to go. Stockholm, Sweden-based graphic designer Patrik Svensson sent word about some clever illustrations he created for Swedish monthly magazine Nöjesguiden that includes this negative space one that shows an upset face within a key.
"The main topic of this issue is the housing crisis, primarily among the youth, and what needs to be done to solve it," he says. "You can’t really walk 50 meters today without hearing people talk about 10 year queues to get an apartment, subletting or the impossibility of obtaining bank loans."
