Nice little French appetizer: Prunes and Bacon

For those of you who like to experiment new cuisines and surpise friends at dinners, here is a easy appetizer to prepare:Roll a prune in a bacon slice. Poke a tooth pick through it to keep it rolled.Put the whole thing in the oven at 400°F. Wait till the bacon gets brown, get out of the oven.Serve warm with red wine.Enjoy and Bon Appetit !
