Outside Lands Becomes the First Festival To Stream Live on YouTube‎

If you're not able to make your way to SF's Outside Lands festival at Golden Gate Park, you are still in luck. Our beloved website YouTube is getting together with the organizers of the festival to bring the show live to its users in the U.S. starting this Friday Aug 28th through to Sunday Aug 30th.

YouTube will stream live all three days in the site's first-ever music festival webcast. "Music and many of the artists performing at Outside Lands have always found a home and audience on YouTube," said YouTube's Ross Hoffman in a statement. "We're thrilled to bring this incredible live music festival to everyone in our community who won't be there in person to experience the show."

Watch for artists like Dave Matthews Band, Black Eyed Peas, Thievery Corporation and Jason Mraz. Not every band will be broadcast, pending licensing rights.

Park your booty at the Outside Lands YouTube channel tomorrow to experience some festival fun!

Man, I love modern day technology.
