Gorgeous Ink Masterpieces on Guitars

American artist Patrick Fisher has an amazing talent for transforming an already beautiful guitar into a gorgeous ink masterpiece. Using just a sharpie pen, Fisher fills in the surface of these guitars to create intricate shapes and complex forms. The black ink against the natural wood creates a visual texture and depth on each guitar that viewers will want to reach out and touch.

Inspired by nature, trees, insects, and the environment, Fisher gives new life to each musical instrument that he can get his hands on. He uses both light and heavy pen strokes to create blocks of color and to manipulate both the negative and positive spaces. Each new guitar is a blank canvas for Fisher to create his elaborate scenes, and his labor-intensive drawings appear to be almost etched onto the surface. Musicians and visual artists alike will appreciate the beauty of these custom designs.
