Pic of the Day: A Fresh Start

It's just the beginning. Louis Lander-Deacon has just started a joint 365 project with fellow photographer Charlotte Rutherford. This colored smoke filled shot is his first of 183 photos this year (he's doing 1/2 of 365 or 182.5).

When asked about what he has in store for us, Louis replied, "Well, in 2012 I am planning to make it my year! Basically go big or go home. I want to create a large amount of thought-provoking and emotive images, alongside my more mysterious images. But who knows what type of images you will be seeing from me!

"Working with Charlotte is an honor, we work really well together, our ideas seem to bounce off one another. So I think that the overall 366 will go smoothly, but, I reckon in my half of the story, there will be many different challenges."

If this picture and his past work are any indication, we're in for a wild ride. Can't wait.
