Actually, a print of this nature is totally possible. We've been perfecting direct to acrylic digital prints using UV-curable inksets. If one had a high-resolution file, this or another similar image could be printed on a large panel of 1/4" acrylic then backlit and hung with mounting posts. It would be amazing!
