Pic of the Day: Iceland at 1 A.M.

Today's incredible Pic of the Day comes to us by Reykjavik, Iceland-based graphic design student Thorleifur Gunnar Gíslason. "Me and my friend Hörður Ellert Ólafsson went on a photography road trip around Iceland in June 2010 to capture the Icelandic landscape at night on the brightest time of the year here in Iceland," says Thorleifur Gunnar Gíslason. "During late June the sun does not set or rise, it´s always bright if the skies are clear. We traveled for 6 days and covered over 1,800 kilometers, capturing over 4,000 photographs."
