Shocking Ceramics – Barnaby Barford (8 Pieces)

One thing's for sure…this isn't your mom's Lladros. Barnaby Barford is an artist who works with ceramics to create modern stories that leave the viewer slightly disturbed. He enjoys taking figurines and turning them into sinister, sardonic but invariably humorous sculptures. His stories include hooded youths, wielding weapons, getting into an enormous amount of trouble. The porcelain figures are mixed with fairytale characters to create a dark and troubled environment that's reflective of today's modern society.
