Astronaut André Kuipers took this incredible shot of May 5th's Supermoon from the International Space Station. The moon appears to be squashed or sinking (depending on your own interpretation). According to Discovery, "The Earth’s atmosphere bends light from the Moon, acting like a lens, pushing the bottom part of the Moon up into the top." Interesting.
