My Modern Metropolis

I said "WOW" when I saw this picture. Then I saw more and remembered that this was the same guy that did those great Carhartt ads a few years ago. Pablo now goes by the name of Sozyone Gonzalez.

He started out forging money. He went to a couple of art schools, co-created De Puta Madre and has now created a whole other kind of graffiti which has a very recognizable signature on it. He makes the world of villainy look gangsta.

Quoted from his site, this is how he describes his form of art:
"An aesthetic impregnated with Marvels, abstract futuristic mathematics, alphabetical constructivism, and facial Picassonic cubism, brutally refined. A sort of Pure Graffiti Vanguard, ignoring any other vision of graffiti.."
