Just recently, we looked at some spectacular homes on the west coast. For example, who could forget the gorgeous Santa Barbara Glass Pavilion or the Ultra-Sleek Hollywood Hills Home? But what about the east coast? What does that part of the United States have to offer?

Located in the heart of Tribeca in New York City, this stunning 13,500 sq ft (1250 sq m) triplex is nestled within a magnificent 1862 limestone loft mansion. Taking up the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of a 41 foot wide building, this four bedroom, six bathroom apartment was renovated to retain the structure’s original character. My favorite feature is the enormous ceilings, which range from 12-15 feet high.

The centerpiece of the triplex is a glass staircase, which allows sunlight to shine straight through to the 4th floor. The residence also includes a fully finished roof and terrace space, in case you want to soak up some sun or breath in the fresh air.

The apartment comes with a private gym and half basketball court located in the basement. It is currently on the market for a cool $30 million.

Indoor Basketball court???? My goodness! Even the Bunny portrait above the bed makes me consider how to be clever in design! What a phenomenal living area! And listed at 30 million? I am sure that it's all well worth it!

I would LOVE to live here. Or maybe even just stay a night or two.
