


"A typewriter, a keyboard and a Polaroid camera—there’s nothing too special about these old inventions. Even after they have fallen into disuse, most people still have no clue about how these objects work. These photos by American photographer Benjamin Innes challenge our complacency by depicting the complex inner mechanisms of these electronic devices. The objects are taken apart and hung on display piece by piece before being photographed. "
