Too Cool or Lookin' Like a Fool?: Kate Spade's Envelope Clutch

Called the par avion nikolette, this modern day clutch was inspired by classic American and French stationary. My initial gut reaction is that it's kitschy but cute, however, it's not something I would imagine Kate Spade designing. $95 bucks for this interesting creation. So how do you feel about this clutch? Do you think it's cool or do you think you'll be lookin like a fool?

I wouldn't carry it as a clutch, but it is a cute keeper to throw in outgoing mail, receipts you want to hang on to etc. Items you don't want to clutter your purse, but that you want to keep close. I don't think I'd use it as an accessory piece, but a cute catch all. It might also be a stylish way to carry travel docs on a trip..passport, boarding passes, itin confirmations etc.
