Artist Jeff Soto put up this bright blue piece while in New York for the opening of his current exhibition – Lifecycle. The monster with a radiant smile can be seen right around the corner from Jonathan LeVine Gallery, on the facade of Chelsea's Eyebeam Art and Technology Center.
