Vintage Modern Eyewear

A new type of chic is upon us. A throwback to yesteryear but with a hip and modern twist. This movement is led by Jordan Silver and Erik Sacher of SoHo’s Silver Lining eyewear shop. Selling small-batch frames, they're dressing celebrities like Jay-Z and in doing so, creating a vintage style that's more chic than geek.

Their glasses were spotted all over New York fashion week, as Silver and Sacher collaborated with some "insider-cool labels" like Band of Outsiders (first pic above), Antonio Azzuolo and Lorick.

I've always had a special place in my heart for vintage inspired clothing and accessories, especially pieces that can look hip, modern and relevant.
