Brazilian Alexandre Orion takes graffiti art to a whole new level when he combines it with photography. Using black latex paint, he paints interesting graffiti pieces and then photographs people as they pass by his work, just going about their daily lives. What follows is a highly creative series that magically brings graffiti alive! Orion draws inspiration from multitudes; silence and thought; experiences and memories; happiness and suffering.

San Francisco Chronicle calls Orion's art a "distinctive blend of painting and photography" that looks "nothing like the American conception of graffiti art." • I love the interaction with the environment as that's what makes a city alive! And I hate all standard, steroetype, boring, clean buildings which could be anywhere.
