Win This Highly Coveted Logo Book

We told you awhile back that we'd be redesigning My Modern Met. In fact, you've probably already started to see some changes on this site like the all white background. Well there's much more in store for you including a new logo that we're getting made by professional logo designer Graham Smith (from imjustcreative.com). Though we fell in love with his clever and witty style, we ultimately chose to work with him after reading his insightful posts on the importance of a brand identity.

That being said, Graham is giving away a limited edition logo book from Pentagram. The 400 marks reproduced within the pages represent the diverse array of identity work produced by Pentagram's partners, past and present, since its founding in 1972. Isolating them in black and white helps us appreciate these marks as unique pictorial or abstract symbols.

There were only 1,000 copies of this book for sale. In fact, Amazon is currently selling them in the US for about $500.

So designers and design enthusiasts, how do you win this book?

Per Graham:
There are 4 small things you need to do, nothing hard or challenging really.

1. Follow him on Twitter @imjustcreative
2. Sign up to his blog’s RSS feed.
3. Ensure you leave your Twitter Username in the comments.
4. A Retweet or two would be nice, but not a determining factor.
5. Ta daaaa. That’s it.

Go to Graham's page for more details. Good luck!

Amy : I have now changed it so Twitter is not necessary. Just leave some other way for me to contact you in the comment area. Even your Met profile ID would be OK.

I am so ON TOP of this! I'm getting ready to graduate VCU with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and I am a total Bibliophile. This would be the crowning glory to my collection. <3 <3 <3 !

Wow, I could really use this book. Study of logos are sweet! I don't have a twitter acc though, and I might not plan to make one, cause I don't know how to use it.
