At 2:49pm on July 9, 2008, SiMonster said…: it's actually a really weird time in real estate. there are tons of foreclosed properties, but the prices aren't actually coming down accordingy because the banks are refusing to lose money on them. they're hoping the gov't will bail them out, which won't happen until after the election at the earliest!

in the meantime, lenders are being VERY tightfisted, and even well-qualified borrowers are having a hard time meeting requirements and/or are being scared off by the added fees.

we do commercial/residential investments nationwide. mainly small to mid-sized.

We are shaving her head tomorrow. Its tradation to shave a newborn's hair within the first week. Luckily I got a few shots with her hair earlier. =) I hope you get to see her soon.
