Man Without Limbs Throws First Pitch

Hirotada Ototake, Japanese sportswriter and bestselling author of No One’s Perfect, was born without limbs, but he obviously did not let that stop him. The speech he gives before the pitch is a dedication to the people of Tohoku, a region of Japan that was hard-hit by the earthquake and tsunami.
