Washington, D.C.-based photographer Cade Martin dazzles us once again with this gorgeous editorial for the summer/fall issue of
Washingtonian Bride & Groom. You might recall that we featured Martin's dreamy photography
back in October 2009, when he released
a commemorative book featuring The Washington Ballet.
In his signature style, Martin mixes fairy tales and weddings to create a stunning set of images that are as whimsical as they are romantic. As a collaboration with Design Army, this project was the result of two rigorous days of shooting in a beautiful topiary garden just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. Drawing inspiration from film, Martin wanted this to have a cinematic feel just as he does in his other series. (Notice the mysterious and dreamy smoke.)
