Inside a Modern Miami Beach Mansion (14 pics)

If you've ever wondered what a 9 Bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, 20,000 sq foot Miami Beach house located on a private island looked like, you'll love this post. Touzet Studio designed the recently completed Okto Villa that overlooks the Biscayne Bay. Now being offered for sale through David Solomon, a quick check shows that the price isn't even listed. Rather, it's "available upon request." Yikes, sorry we asked.

We love the clean look, the spiral staircase and the spare use of color. What we love most, however, is that view. From just about any vantage point, you get a fantastic view of the bay. And that kind of experience is truly priceless. Well, almost.

I love this design. It's sleek, modern, and clean, yet comfy and welcoming at the same time--something very difficult to find in a house of this size.
