Modern Nesting Knives

Belgium-based designer Mia Schmallenbach has a set of knives out that has been getting a good amount of attention. This design is different from other knife sets because each one nests within the larger one, all coming together into one clean space-saving package. The set features a paring, carving, chef's, and filleting knife and their base that have all been made out of one piece of steel. The Meeting Knife Set won Schmallenbach first place at the European Cutlery Design Awards and can be purchased through Amazon for $999. More Meeting sets are apparently in the works. What an incredible design!
