Meet Sophie and Sarah, two beautiful Old English sheepdogs that have mastered the art of striking a pose. Their owner, amaetur photographer Cees Bol, captures them on camera acting more like humans than dogs. They're seen on playground equipment, wearing silly “hats,” and resting against a wooden fence while on their hind legs. Sometimes, they even get treats for their adorable antics (a big motivator for Sarah). The trio lives in the Netherlands, and their backdrop features gorgeous locales like the fields of Sibculo and the Austrian Alps.
Although the two dogs are inseparable, six-year-old Sophie and four-year-old Sarah are actually sisters from different litters. Their tight bond and good spirits will warm your heart, which is a big reason why Bol snaps their pictures. “I take the photos is so I can make people happy and put a smile on their face – well, Sophie and Sarah do,” he tells Daily Mail. “In a world full of bad things, I found a way to make it a little bit brighter. And seeing people happy makes me happy.”
