Multidisciplinary artist Tomek Sętowski has his own brand of surrealism known as "magical realism." The Polish painter practices the traditional style of oil on canvas but produces remarkably unordinary works. There's something highly mythological about his style that is clearly fantasy-driven. The circus of characters in Sętowski's creations each embrace their unique spirit of the extraordinarily unusual.
Many of the multifaceted artist's creative endeavors present a dizzying number of distinct elements that really mystify the spectator by how well they fit in the same frame together. Sętowski's imagination knows no bounds. Underwater adventures and sky-high escapades are equally stylized with a concentration of amusing eccentricities that blend human forms with landscape and architecture, blurring the lines between them.
